Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fable application ("Fable", "the app", "the software"), developed and provided by Fable ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Fable, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Fable for your personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Fable in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Fable
  • Not use Fable for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise commercialize Fable
  • Not modify Fable or create derivative works based on it

Intellectual Property Rights

Fable and all of its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Fable. We do not claim any rights to your documents, stories, or other creative works.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FABLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE FABLE.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Fable after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
